Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 3-4 weeks for scheduling and transit.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Balin Designs ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal.
Is assembly required for your furniture items?
Many of our smaller pieces arrive fully assembled. For larger items requiring assembly, we provide detailed instructions and all necessary hardware inside the box.
